dapperdevious, and
theundapperone Smyth; Friend of
bigbrothersrock
Bio:
Peter Smyth, the eldest of four sons born to the Smyth family, was named for Peter Pan by his mother (She was obsessed with cartoons. No judgment.), and fondly nicknamed “Pete” by his father, who passed the nickname (and the tradition of shortening all their names) on to Pete's younger brothers, Christopher (Chris), and twins Sebastian (Seb) and Jeremy (Jez... or Germ). Growing up, he was the epitome of the eldest child, always responsible, feeling the need to look out for his brothers, and to be dedicated to his studies.
A prized pupil in school, Pete was usually very straightlaced and well-behaved, but the two people in the world who could get him out of his studious ways, even for a little while, were his younger brother Chris, only 18 months younger than him, and their best friend Cooper Anderson, his fellow Dalton Academy Warblers. The three of them probably had a million stories that started off with Chris and Coop getting a brilliant idea and Pete saying it was a bad idea, and ended with all three of them ending up in various and sundry awkward and amusing situations.
While he did manage to get into a lot of trouble over the years with Chris and Cooper, Pete also somehow made it out of school with straight A’s, a feat which earned him both praise and teasing from his brothers over the years. He went to the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a B.S. in Economics, and went on to become a CPA. While he loved Penn, and Philadelphia, being that far from his brothers was tough on him, and he relocated to New York, the family’s home, to be near all of them. Good, bad, or indifferent, the Smyth brothers were all tight knit, despite their differences. Where Pete was married to his work, Chris was married to the love of his life, Sebastian could be a bitch queen, and Jeremy was the sweet and innocent one, all four brothers accept everything about each other, the good with the bad.
He’s been back in New York for quite a while, without realizing that best friend Cooper’s younger brother, Blaine (also known as the former object of his younger brother’s affection... or at least lust), was in the city, too. But all of that? Is about to change.
